Lance Fialkoff
Founder/CEO

Lance Fialkoff has been a teacher for 17 years in New York and New Jersey. He graduated from Bates College and has a Master's degree in American History from Rutgers University. Lance taught European and US History, Anthropology, Sociology and Soviet Studies at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School, Rumson, NJ, 1985-2000, and served as Supervisor of the Social Studies Department at RFH, 1995 – 2000. He was the Director of Curriculum for Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America (2004 – 2007), where he revamped and supervised the highly regarded Aspects of Leadership curriculum. He is currently an Educational Technology Resource Specialist for Ulster BOCES, New Paltz, NY. Lance has received awards for innovative teaching, public service and historical scholarship.

Jessica Koock
Project Manager, Document Narrator

Jessica Koock has an MA from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. She is a certified Waldorf educator since 1993, a published and ‘spoken word’ poet, a professional storyteller, and an advisor to the Miriam's Well Institute of Applied Projective Dream Work.

Michael G. Lockett

Michael G. Lockett is a multi–disciplinary educator with over thirty–five years of teaching and administrative experience in the most competitive and highly regarded independent schools and enrichment programs in the country. He is also author to three books –– Blacksides In Blue, a memoir; The Brain Factory, a personal history of the Prep For Prep Program; and a book of poetry, Future Memories of Trains.
Edward Arsnow

Edward Arsnow graduated from Bates College in 2010 with a degree in English and Music. A drummer, guitarist and singer, he has played in numerous bands at Bates and beyond. He also served as musical director for Bates' all–male a capella group, The Deansmen. Edward's love for music will always drive him to explore new genres and mediums both as a listener and as a performer.
Adrienne Clay

Adrienne Clay is a graduate of Colby College and a former editor of The Papers of Martin Luther King, Jr. She is currently pursuing a MSEd at Bank Street College.
